  68.         INSTALLING VINO:FILE
  69.  
  70.            To  install  the  VINO:FILE  Cellar  Master  program
  71.            (Shareware Version) from a floppy disk:
  72.                 *    make a copy of the VINO:FILE diskette before installing;
  73.                 *    place the diskette in your floppy disk drive;
  74.                 *    run the install procedure by typing
  75.                                'A:INSTALL'
  76.                      assuming that your floppy disk is drive A.

  78.            To  install  the  VINO:FILE  Cellar  Master  program
  79.            MANUALLY from a floppy disk (if the above does not work):
  80.                 *    make a copy of the VINO:FILE diskette before installing;
  81.                 *    place the diskette in your floppy disk drive;
  82.                 *    perform the install procedure by typing
  83.                             MD C:\VINOFILE
  84.                             CD C:\VINOFILE
  85.                             COPY A:VINOREAD.ME C:\VINOFILE
  86.                             COPY A:LHARC.EXE   C:\VINOFILE

  90.            To  install  the  VINO:FILE  Cellar  Master  program
  91.            (Shareware Version) from a BBS archive:
  92.                 *    make a directory for VINO:FILE on your  hard  disk
  93.                      drive;
  94.                 *    place  the  archived  VINO:FILE   file   in   that
  95.                      directory;
  96.                 *    unarchive  the  file  using  UNPAK  (.ARC),  UNZIP
  97.                      (.ZIP)  or  LHARC  (.LZH)  etc  depending  on  the
  98.                      archive version used on the BBS;
  99.                 *    delete the archive.

  102.         STARTING VINO:FILE WITH THE SAMPLE DATABASE
  103.  
  104.            VINO:FILE comes with a sample wine database and  cross  reference
  105.            file so that you can get a feel for the program as  soon  as  you
  106.            have installed it on your hard drive.

  108.            To start  VINO:FILE  and  load  up  the  samples  change  to  the
  109.            directory on your hard disk where  you  installed  VINO:FILE  and
  110.            type:

  119.         PRINTING THE VINO:FILE MANUAL
  120.  
  121.            To print the documentation on almost any printer type
  122.                      COPY VINOFILE.TXT LPT1:
  123.  
  124.            You will find that the formatting and pagination of the on-disk
  125.            manual occasionally looks a little odd. This is because the
  126.            formatting is optimized for the printed manual which you will
  127.            receive if you register. I apologize for this, but if you register
  128.            I think you will agree that it was worth it.

  131.         LHARC DECOMPRESSION PROGRAM
  132.  
  133.            When distributed on diskette, VINO:FILE files are compressed
  134.            using the shareware program LHARC - a copy of which is included
  135.            on the diskette. You will also find the documentation for LHarc
  136.            in the file LHARC.MAN.
